We used WM Construction to replace the flooring in most of our house (1600 square ft), to replace our granite countertops in the kitchen with quartz and to replace the backsplash in our kitchen. Will was a huge help in guiding us in the selection of the flooring, quartz countertops and backsplash. He recommended a few companies to visit at different price points. Will also guided us in making the final design and material selections. His prices were fair and competitive and he delivered on the projected completion date. His workers were very courteous and once the job was started he had workers at the house every day until completion. He did not pull his crew to work at other jobs until ours was completed. Our neighbors also used WM Construction and we would definitely use them again.

Walid did a great job remodeling our home after we bought it. He remodeled our master bathroom, floors, kitchen backsplash & paint. He finished the job on time, was very honest & reliable & did a really good quality work. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend him to everyone.

Also full paint of all existing structures. From the beginning consultation, Walid was the only person to take measurements of my home and create renderings of potential designs. All of the others came and gave vague estimates. His thoroughness in the initial consultation was the same through the entire process. The work was itself was amazing and they passed every inspection with flying colors, even the inspector commented "I wish all builders were like you." Walid communicated clearly through the entire process and I felt empowered in every decision. I could go on and on but it is truly hard finding good contractors that you can trust, so this company is a real gem!

We just had a tub to walk in shower conversion completed. WM Construction was one of 4 contractors we spoke with. We chose this company because they could do the job within the time constraint we had (tenant was going to be out of town for 12 days). As promised, they started and finished the job within the requested period. The communication between Will and myself was very good. He always answered in a timely and knowledgeable manner. Walid and his crew did an excellent job remodeling my condo. I had all new flooring done throughout, kitchen remodel, and new bathroom vanities installed. Walid helped me buy my first home. After closing I needed to change the floors in my home. Walid brought over the samples and gave me an estimate. I took forever to pick out my floors. Looked at dozens of samples. Once I made a decision though, Walid moved fast and I had my new floors installed within the week. My floors look beautiful and I'm very happy with the whole process. From the time we met Walid on the day he did the walk through and gave us a quote, we were confident that this build was going to be a smooth experience. His professionalism and knowledge of what needed to be done was apparent and he didn't disappoint. We were modifying a downstairs wing of our house to be an ADU for my mom and after waiting for months on the permits from the city, Walid and his team were ready to begin in early November. And when I say "begin" they did all the demo and framing in the first couple days! We told him our goal was to have my mom in by Christmas and he told us he would do his best to finish by then, but he couldn't guarantee, since he didn't know if there would be any snags. But knowing that was the deadline, he worked his hardest to finish everything by then. And aside from the final inspection, the ADU was completed by Christmas. She even got to put her tree up in the front window . Walid's team of framers, plumbers, electricians, and miscellaneous crew, as well as his project manager, Mo, were always kind, tidy, and thorough. They were all willing to listen to our needs and modify as things came up. We could text Walid at any time with questions or concerns and he would respond promptly. He's a genuinely kind man and knows what he's doing! Without a doubt, Walid is the man for your job. It's hard to find an honest and trustworthy contractor with a crew that you can trust. But when we need something more done at our house, we're calling Walid with no hesitation!

We are beyond grateful to find WM construction. Walid Milad is definitely who you want to work with on any project. From a major remodel like we did to anything small. Walid has great knowledge of many areas such as construction, real estate, loans and much more. He has a great team that accomplished our full remodel in roughly 6 months! We used WM Construction to help with a "fix-and-flip" investment property that we sold this month. What a great experience - the house presented so well that our realtor was nearly overwhelmed with attendance in the open house and we were able to get an offer for $80k over list price. The attention to detail, consultative design service, and timeliness of the project was excellent - not to mention that these services came at a very competitive price. We were given regular status updates on a proactive basis and I never felt out of the loop. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WM Construction to anyone else seeking renovation or construction work. We have been wanting to have our kitchen remodeled for several years, and had several contractors over to give us quotes and ideas, however, never felt that they were the right contractor to help us. Once we met Will from WM Construction, we knew we had the right contractor. Will gave us ideas and recommendations that really made our kitchen larger, user friendly and overall much nicer than we ever imagined. Will is very professional, easy to speak to and his workers are very clean and respectful of our home and our space. We highly recommend WM Construction and we are so happy with our new kitchen, fireplace, flooring and bathroom. We will be having them out again soon to do some additional work as well.

We were looking to remodel our house that consisted of kitchen, dining and living rooms. We also wanted to add on by pushing out our living room and putting in a front porch. After reviewing several estimates from contractors, we decided to go with WM Construction. Will's estimate was just a little above the middle of all the proposals. We selected him because he was very organized, had an understanding of every component that we were looking for, made amazing recommendations and was timely with all of his correspondence. This continued throughout our project where he and the team were in constant contact with us. His sub-contractors that handled the framing, plumbing, electrical and finishing touches were all professional and attentive as well. We would hands down, recommend Will to any friends and family, this experience is exactly what we were hoping for when starting this lengthy project. Speaking of time, estimated time for everything was about 3-5 months, they finished in just about 3 months. We had our kitchen cabinets painted by these guys. They removed the doors and took them back to their shop to sand and paint and they returned a few days later to paint the rest of the cabinets. They did a great job. They have a couple of touch-ups left to complete, but Walid came and walked the finished job with me and scheduled the touch ups. In addition, we are getting quotes to have the living room painted. Adding a video of the completed job. Overall, great work at a reasonable price and they only took a few days. Would def use again.
