Full Home Renovation — Orange St | 4.5 Bathrooms, Stacked Stone Fireplace & Wet Bar
The renovation at Orange St is the most bathroom-intensive project in WM Construction’s recent residential portfolio — four full bathrooms and one half bath, each rebuilt with the same consistent, high-performance specification.
Combined with a full kitchen remodel, a stacked stone fireplace transformation, and a custom wet bar with a dual-zone beverage center and wine rack, this project demonstrates WM Construction’s ability to manage complex, multi-room residential renovations with consistent quality across every space. Every trade — tile, cabinetry, glass, stone, plumbing fixtures and millwork — was coordinated under one unified project management structure.

Kitchen Remodel — A Clean Foundation Built on Premium Specifications
The kitchen was rebuilt with white soft-close cabinetry, a specification that delivers reliable everyday performance alongside a clean, contemporary aesthetic suited to the Southern California residential market. Soft-close hardware is a standard professional specification — it extends the operational life of doors and drawers, eliminates impact damage to cabinet boxes, and creates a quieter kitchen environment in a home where four or more bathrooms signals a multi-person household with significant daily traffic. Quartz countertops were installed across all work surfaces, providing a non-porous, low-maintenance alternative to natural stone that performs consistently without requiring periodic sealing.
4.5 Bathroom Remodels — Consistent Quality Across a Large, Complex Scope
Four full bathrooms and one half bath were rebuilt as part of this renovation — a scope that demands rigorous consistency in material specification and installation quality across a significant number of wet environments. All four full bathrooms received large-format porcelain tile on walls, floors, and shower pans, quartz countertops on all vanities, and frameless glass shower enclosures. The half bath received the same material quality treatment appropriate for a powder room configuration. Specifying the same core materials across all spaces was a deliberate strategy to create a home that reads as designed rather than assembled.

Stacked Stone Fireplace & Custom Wet Bar — The Spaces That Define How This Home Lives
The fireplace was transformed with a stacked stone surround — a specific masonry aesthetic that creates a strong, textural and architecturally grounded focal point in the living space. Stacked stone’s dimensional depth and natural color variation make it one of the most visually effective materials for fireplace surrounds, and its ability to withstand thermal cycling makes it technically appropriate for the application in ways that many other surfacing materials are not. The custom wet bar completes the home’s entertainment infrastructure: a wine rack for organized bottle storage and a dual-zone beverage center that maintains separate temperature zones for red and white wines simultaneously. These two features — the stacked stone fireplace and the dual-zone wet bar — are the rooms’ defining design moments, the details that homeowners and their guests notice immediately and that remain memorable long after the visit.
