Designing spaces for living
We craft spaces with intention and care

A Kitchen Built for Daily Function and Lasting Style
The kitchen was redesigned with clean, family-friendly living in mind. White shaker-style cabinetry with soft-close door and drawer hardware replaced the existing storage, providing a quieter, more durable everyday experience and a significantly cleaner visual presentation. Soft-close mechanisms are a standard feature in professionally remodeled kitchens for a reason — they extend the life of hinges and drawer slides while removing the sharp, repeated impact that gradually damages cabinet boxes over time.
Three Bathroom Remodels Built for Moisture Resistance and Comfort
All three bathrooms in this Westminster home were taken down to the substrate and rebuilt from scratch. Each space received large-format porcelain tile on the walls, floor, and shower pan — a choice that reflects both aesthetic preference and sound construction practice. Porcelain is denser and less porous than ceramic, making it the preferred material for wet bathroom environments where moisture resistance and long-term structural integrity are non-negotiable. Grout joints were sealed and finished consistently across each bathroom to prevent future water infiltration.

Flooring, Windows & Paint — The Details That Tie a Remodel Together
Waterproof laminate flooring was installed throughout the home’s living areas, selected for its durability in high-traffic conditions and its resistance to moisture — a practical consideration in a California home where temperature fluctuations and occasional spills are facts of life. New windows were installed across the full home to improve energy efficiency, reduce outside noise infiltration, and modernize the exterior profile. Interior and exterior paint completed the transformation, bringing every surface into alignment with the updated finishes and delivering the clean, cohesive presentation that full home renovation requires.
