Open Concept Home Renovation — Kitchen, Bathrooms, Full Rewire & Repipe

This project stands as one of the more technically demanding full home renovations completed by WM Construction — a licensed residential contractor serving the Inland Empire and greater Southern California region.

Beyond the cosmetic improvements, the scope required structural work, a complete electrical rewire, a full plumbing repipe, and the careful removal of walls to open the floor plan. The result is a home that functions differently than it did before: lighter, more connected, and built on systems that are safe, modern, and code-compliant from the foundation up.

Open-Concept Conversion — Structural Planning Paired with Kitchen Remodel

The kitchen transformation began with more than cabinet selection. A strategic wall removal opened the floor plan and fundamentally changed how the kitchen relates to the living and dining areas — a spatial shift that makes the entire home feel larger and more connected. This kind of structural work requires careful assessment of load paths, proper header installation, and post-project repair of ceiling, flooring, and drywall transitions. WM Construction managed all of these elements in sequence so the finished kitchen presents seamlessly with the surrounding spaces.

Two Bathroom Remodels and a Complete Infrastructure Overhaul

Both bathrooms were fully rebuilt with porcelain tile on walls, floors, and shower pans — providing a water-resistant, durable surface that performs reliably in wet environments and requires minimal long-term maintenance. Each vanity was finished with a quartz countertop, and frameless glass shower enclosures were installed to give each bathroom a modern, open feel. These finishes were selected not only for their appearance but because they represent the most durable and lowest-maintenance options available at the residential remodeling level.

Windows, Garage Doors & Paint — A Complete Exterior and Interior Refresh

New windows were installed throughout the home to improve thermal performance, reduce noise transfer, and modernize the exterior appearance. Wood-look garage doors replaced the existing units, completing the updated curb appeal with a natural, textured aesthetic that complements the refreshed exterior paint. Interior paint was applied throughout in a coordinated palette that aligns with the updated flooring, cabinetry, and tile choices — ensuring the full home reads as one intentional design rather than a collection of independent upgrades.
